How to reach the PixelLift support team and create a helpdesk ticket.

If you run into an issue or have a question that the docs do not answer, you can contact the PixelLift support team directly through the helpdesk.

Create a Support Ticket

  1. Go to store.pixellift.io and log in with your account
  2. Open the Dashboard
  3. Click Helpdesk
  4. Click Create a Ticket
  5. Describe your issue and submit

The support team will respond to your ticket via email.

You need an active PixelLift account to create a support ticket. If you have not set up your account yet, see the Logging In guide first.
